Villa Aya is a unique villa property located in Seminyak, Kuta, Bali, 25 minutes from the international Airport Ngurah of Denpasar Bali and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.
The property consists of 33 private villas with in total of 50 rooms; ten 1-bedroom deluxe villas with private swimming pool ; eight 1-bedroom suite villas with private plunge pool & whirlpool jacuzzi ; thirteen 2-bedroom villas with in private swimming pool or plunge pool & whirlpool jacuzzi ; two 3-bedroom villas with a connecting room and a third bedroom with a swimming pool in between. All villas are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.
