These Terms & Conditions primarily rule our conducts and reservations, with the intention of making things common for you, but also protect partners and BaliPlan.Com from prohibitive administrative costs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BaliPlan.Com makes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer or other property as a result of your access to, use of, or browsing and downloading any contents from this website.
BaliPlan.Com does not accept any liability for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from BaliPlan.Com. BaliPlan.Com does not guarantee the availability and/or quality of products and/or services, accuracy of information provided by third parties.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BaliPlan.Com, and their officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material (including Software) or your breach of the terms of this agreement or inaccuracy of information or the availability and/or quality of products and/or services provided by third parties. BaliPlan.Com shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
PRIVACY POLICY
We guarantee the privacy of the members. All personal information that are collected from the members shall only be used by BaliPlan.Com, in which we may unveil personal information only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such an action is necessary.
FORCE MAJEURE
Includes war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond our control.
ALTERATION
BaliPlan.Com reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms & Conditions under which our website is presented without your consent. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to our website following changes to this Terms & Conditions will mean that you accept those changes.
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Republic Indonesia shall govern this agreement
RESERVATIONS
For any reservation made by you on this site, you will be asked to mention your credit card's number as only as a guarantee and your credit card will be not charged as a payment.
Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally, your Generated ID (i.e. Proof of Purchase), Credit Card and other necessary identification documents (passport) for the purposes of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the hotel.
PAYMENTS
Payment shall be made by you with the hotel. BaliPlan.Com shall not be liable in any way if hotel refuses to accept or honor the Credit Card for any reasons. Furthermore, BaliPlan.Com makes no responsibility to any surcharges made by your Credit Card issuer and/or their partner Banks. Please check with your Credit Card issuer if you have any questions regarding this matter.
PRICES
Rates quoted are on per night basis and allow for maximum occupancy of the hotel as shown on the web site.
You can make modifications/changes to your reservation by sending email to us and BaliPlan.Com will make a new reservation as per your request. BaliPlan.Com shall not be liable in any way if you fail to secure previously reserved room rates and/or period of stay at the same hotel.
MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES
You are liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed by Hotel/Villas in respect to such modifications/changes for shortening of stay and/or downgrading, extension of stay and/or upgrading of room type or full cancellation based on hotel/villa current Cancellation Policy.
Refunds, if any, shall be made by hotel directly to you based on its current Refund Policies. |
